Mr. Schrader is an associate with the Law Firm of Zampi, Determan & Erickson LLP. He earned his Juris Doctor from Concord Law School in 2008. He earned his Bachelors in Social Ecology from UC Irvine in 1991and his Masters in Special Education from Cal State, Los Angeles in 2002. He also served as an air traffic controller in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1988.
During law school, Mr. Schrader worked as the special education coordinator at Fairfax High School and a resource specialist at Virgil Middle School, both in Los Angeles. He has also held teaching positions as an inclusion specialist and a special day class teacher. He has worked at both public and private schools, and at juvenile court schools. As part of his law school experience, Mr. Schrader completed a legal internship with the Office of General Counsel, Special Education Team at the Los Angeles Unified School District.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities and law school, Mr. Schrader became involved with his homeowners association in West Hollywood and in 2004 began providing property management services to several associations. He sold his company, HOA Solutions, during his last year of law school.
Prior to joining Zampi, Determan & Erickson LLP, Mr. Schrader opened his own practice in West Hollywood where he represented debtors in bankruptcy and several homeowners in disputes with their homeowners associations. He also served on the West Hollywood Disabilities Advisory Board.
Mr. Schrader is admitted to practice law in California, including both the Central and Southern Districts of California. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association.
In his free time, Mr. Schrader enjoys spending time with friends, movies, Mediterranean food, and walking
