Ms. Woo is an associate with the Law Firm of Zampi, Determan & Erickson LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in May 2008. She earned her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 2005, where she graduated cum laude.

During law school, Ms. Woo served as the Associate Editor of Research for the San Diego Law Review. She also interned for the judges of the Juvenile Division of the Superior Court of San Diego. Additionally, she served as a resource specialist for the Lawyering Skills I program, and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and Phi Delta Phi.

Ms. Woo is currently a member of the California State Bar, San Diego County Bar Association, and the Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego.

Ms. Woo is a member of the San Diego Master Chorale, and enjoys yoga and playing the piano in her free time.
